Judy Evert Valkanet and her husband were on an island in the Phillipines when she took this picture. If you look closely at the lettering on this Taxi waiting area building you will see the lettering "KANSAS YOUTH ORGANISATION KYO 1955. I am wondering if anyone knows about this or the group that did this work.
